Our menu changes seasonally to bring you only the freshest the market has available or what we pluck from our 10-acre gardens and greenhouses. "The art of fine dining truly begins with our hands". We start with the land, harvest our goods and bring it directly to the table! We strive to prepare every dish with uncompromising tastes and textures.
Our energy and efforts have not gone unnoticed. We are grateful for our long time loyal following of patrons and welcome those new guests with open arms to experience what we believe to be "a gem set in the hills of Hunterdon County". Rave reviews have brought joy to all those that have been a part of RosaLuca's family - friends, guests and our "regulars"! Thank you!
"The phrase "Italian Bistro" tagged onto RosaLuca's name may conjure visions of a small restaurant that is heavy on Chianti and light on gracious service. That certainly isn't descriptive, however, of what you'll encounter at this wonderful white tablecloth Hunterdon County establishment." Cody Kendall - The Star-Ledger, 1/2,
